Responsibilities

Level 1 certification with 10 years of experience OR level 2 certification.

Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in product development and testing.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and report findings to management.

Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.
Requirements

Level 1 certification with 10 years of experience OR level 2 certification.

Proven experience in product development or industrial engineering.

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Drug Testing/Screening

Minimum age is 18

Driver's License, Automobile -Class D

Minimum 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
